embarking on a journey of a lifetime.

It's crazy to think that I am only 12 days away from leaving the US and 15 from embarking on a journey of a lifetime.  Not only will it be a journey of a lifetime, but the fact that the day I board the MV explorer will be the day of my 21st birthday.  What a great to spend that special day -- I would say so.  I am so excited that if I were to leave tomorrow I could.. I am all packed and ready to go.  Now I sit here an patiently wait until the day arrives!  Just to think that about a month ago I was stressing about getting all of my visas done, vaccines necessary, bags that are boat appropriate, and god knows everything else I was going to need.  On top of all the school that was being piled up -- not so much anymore.

So after a little researching, I have concluded that indeed I will not completely be disconnected from the outside world.  Although SAS only provides us with just about 200 free internet mins, I still can email unlimitedly with an email they provide us (semesteratsea.net) so many of my friends and family will be hearing from me and my whereabouts !! GET EXCITED.

...well that is all for now, until further notice world :)

its just about that time.... !

tomorrow marks a month before I embark the journey of a lifetime!  In the past few weeks I have been getting my things together and getting super excited as I back them all!  I have 2 of my required visas and still need 2 which I should have shortly. :) Last thing I need to get down before I am completely read to go .. yellow fever shot (ouch).  Once that is done -- I want the days to fly by.  See you all soo sooooon
